The popularity of Brighton Supper Clubs continues apace with another fine offering from super-talented chef Chris Bailey. He takes centre stage on Thursday 6th September to bring a multi-course seasonal tasting menu using the best local produce from land and sea.
The Interim Table is the latest pop-up night by Chris, previously of the Michelin starred Black Rat in Winchester. His previous event at Hove’s La Cave a Fromage, was a sell-out and earmarked him as a one to watch on the Brighton dining scene.
With space for up to 30 guests, the event is being held in a unique private residence in central Brighton. The meal will be served at a communal table kitchen-side, allowing guests to watch Chris at work.
Diners will be treated to a stiffener and small bites, followed by a show-stopping taster menu, to include fennel pollen sourdough, dived scallops, foraged mushrooms, smoke rings and cobnut praline. There will also be some unique twists and techniques on display throughout the night. Wine will be provided at cost by Brighton’s excellent Ten Green Bottles.
Intrigued? Then book your space now. At only £39.50 per person, this is one dinner date you really don’t want to miss.
Thursday 6th September, 7.30pm. Tickets must be purchased in advance and are available via Chris Bailey’s website.
